At our family's 3BR/2BA unit, you will enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds—but not away from the action. On-site amenities like two pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts will encourage even your teenagers to put down their phones and live in the moment! We work hard behind the scenes to make sure you can leave your stress behind, and the hardest decision you’ll have to make is what cold drink to sip first.
The condo’s perfect third floor location, just feet from the sand, provides the best unobstructed views of the sand and surf. You can finally finish that book or just enjoy an afternoon siesta out on the balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room let you enjoy the views while lounging on the couches or sitting around the dining table.
The minute you open your eyes from the master bedroom’s king bed, you get glimpses of the sparkling turquoise waters and beautiful sandy beach through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which also allow you to fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night or watch the moon dance across the water. Pamper yourself in the master en suite with relaxing hot showers in the large walk-in shower.
Let the kiddos have a slumber party in the guest bedrooms, where they can crash in a king bed and set of bunk beds in each of the rooms. The guest bathroom also has a remodeled tub/shower combo.
Feed a famished crew (and save some money) with a meal prepped in the updated kitchen. It’s fully-equipped with full-size appliances and all the cooking items you'll need.
Other features to make you feel at home include a dishwasher, full-size commercial-grade washer and dryer, flat screen TV and DVD player in each room, and central air-conditioning. Don’t worry about dragging along your beach gear – our beach closet is stocked with sand and water toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sporting goods.

Activities & Location:
You don’t have to go far from the condo to find fun things to do in SPI – the Sea Vista complex boasts its own great amenities, including tennis courts, hot tubs, and two swimming pools. You’re also right next door to the exciting thrills of the Water Park, where you can brave the water slides, swim in the wave pool, or relax on the lazy river.
The beaches in this area are less crowded than the more congested areas of the island, near the middle and north side, giving you more room to sunbathe, swim, and enjoy watersports. Don’t miss dolphin sightseeing with the local guides or visiting the Sea Turtle Rescue Center at the north end of the island. When you don’t feel like cooking, take the night off and check out some of the many great local dives or tourist hotspots. Many of the restaurants sit right on the water so you can enjoy gorgeous views while you dine.
Stay active with outdoor activities like parasailing, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing. Fore! Enjoy golf on the mainland or mini golf on the island, if putt-putt is more your speed. Kids of all ages will love the pirate ship cruise or "Thriller" high speed boat that leave from the Pirate Landing dock just over the causeway.
Getting around:
Thanks to its location on the southern end of the island, the condo affords you quick and easy bridge access and allows you to avoid the sometimes very-heavy traffic on the main strip (Padre Blvd). The condo complex has secured and gated parking for your vehicles.
If you’re flying in, we recommend renting a car, but there’s also a free shuttle that goes up and down the island and to Port Isabel (across the bridge on the mainland) every 30 min. The bus stop is only about a quarter of a mile walk, from the condo to the main road (Padre Blvd).
Other things to note:
The beachside master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors (closet door style), which open up to allow a more expansive view of the beach from the kitchen/dining/living area.
