Oceanfront master bedroom suite with oceanfront deck access, oceanfront junior master suite with oceanfront deck access, and 2 guest bedrooms comprise the mid-level. Additional features include hardwood floors throughout, oversized garage with interior access, dumbwaiter, roof top deck, and large ground level patio with an exceptional outdoor shower and dressing area. Beach access is at the foot of the driveway. And you are only a short walk to town and Sunset Park should you want to grab a coffee at Birdy’s Cafe, Sandwich at Neptune Market or a Kayak/Paddleboard at Harvey Cedars Marina. You can even jump on a provided red “bike built for two” to grab a bite or coffee with your favorite loved one. Other bikes and plenty of games are included to keep your beach trip active and fun. CENTRAL A/C, gas range, Beach badges and beach chairs included, Pets NOT allowed, Beds: One King, One Queen, 2 Twins, 2 twin bunks, 1 queen sleeper sofa! Comfortably sleeps 12; Max Occupancy is 12.
