Summary: I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over the last 10 or so years. They’ve always had great amenities, good breakfast, and they were clean. This time, however, our room was not the best. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned well enough. There was hairs on the shower that absolutely was not ours. The towels were stained. The mattress cover was stained. The breakfast was minimal compared to other times we had stayed. The juice fountain didn’t even have juice. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will not be staying here again.
