Retro Beach cottage This cute 1950's beach cottage has a timeless holiday feel. a perfect place to switch off the mobile, ignore the emails, put the feet up and relax. The cottage is 5 minutes walking distance to gentle Casey's beach making it perfect for the family getaway. The property has a large fenced backyard; plenty of space for the kids to run around and the family pet will be welcomed if requested. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped basic kitchen, separate lounge and dining rooms and a lovely north facing sunroom. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Double with overhead single bunk Bedroom 3 - Single bed The cottage location is 10 minutes walking distance to Batehaven shops where you will find a supermarket, laundromat,chemist, cafes, bakery, bottle shop, pizza shop and Thai restaurant. a short stroll across the road takes you to a wonderful kids play area and in summer the visiting Carnival. A 5 minute drive takes you to Batemans Bay, the main commercial centre where you will find restaurants / cafe, a movie theatre, supermarkets, specialty shops and the mall. Places of interest include the many beautiful beaches in our region, Mogo zoo, great bush walking, award winning Moruya farmers market and Saturday market, all sorts of water activities and some excellent dining experiences especially at The River Moruya, a restaurant that focuses on local produce. What to Bring, Bedding & Towels etc Pearls Cottage will require you to bring your own Linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels & Beach Towels. The beds are: 1 Queen 1 Double with single bunk over head 1 single bed There is one set of spare sheets in the hall cupboard if you forget a set but please let us know so we can wash them. We supply hand towel, Bath mat & Tea Towels
