Views abound in this Eagle-Vail home with room for all! 5 bedrooms, all on-suite, give room for multiple families to all stay together. 3 bedrooms with king beds, a family suite with a queen bed and full/full bunk bed, and a bunk room adjacent to the game room will fit multiple families comfortably. The upstairs bedroom can be accessed without stairs. Completely stocked gourmet kitchen featuring 6 burner with grill Wolf cooktop, double ovens, built-in microwave, and wet bar that opens to the dining room with room for 18 to sit, as well as the living room with fireplace. Windows look over your huge deck with outdoor sectional, fire pits, BBQ, and dining table with views up and down the valley. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, another living area with a large sectional, 70” tv and 2 exercise bikes with an additional deck, seating, and fire pit. The lower level has the bunk room with bath, game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and an indoor basketball court. Basketball court has a complete gym and climbing wall (please do not use gym or climbing wall without adult supervision, by using you accept all liability). Laundry room has 2 sets of washer and dryers, along with a drying cabinet.
We feel lucky to have this as our family home, and we now have decided to share it with others periodically, so it is furnished and filled with everything you could possibly need. Come enjoy the valley in the perfect location, 7 mins to both Vail and Beaver Creek, with free ski shuttle on the weekends to Gold Peak in Vail during winter. Walk to Eagle-Vail golf course and the Eagle-Vail trail in the summer. Parking for 4 cars in driveway, one indoor stall of garage, with room for skis, boots and a boot/glove dryer.
