Our condo is perfectly located in the middle of charming, historic Old Town Basalt, steps from the bus Aspen and all four ski mountains are 25 minutes away by car. Many great, affordable restaurants, cafes and bars are on the same block. An excellent gourmet restaurant is across the street. The property has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a private deck, covered parking and a hot tub. We have a new washer and dryer and new heating and cooling throughout. Our condo is stylish, comfortable and central to all activities in the area. Come enjoy all the excitement this valley has to offer during the day and also relaxing in a charming, authentic Colordao town each night. Note that our HOA requires 30 day minimum rentals.
