It is about 2,400 SF with a 2-car garage. The spacious family room is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Great large backyard with a covered patio & seating, a wood-burning fire pit with seating, a trampoline, and a charcoal & gas BBQ grill are great for wine & chill after a long day. The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary. There is a trampoline in the backyard and a porta-crib for your personal use. Bath towels are also provided with basic shampoo/conditioners.
