The Aspen Mountain Residences is the former Grand Hyatt Aspen, located one block from the gondola and in the heart of Aspen. This luxury property has numerous amenities, including two outdoor hot tubs, a heated swimming pool, a workout room/gym, a business centre, a communal fire pit, and an excellent concierges service. There is scheduled transportation daily to the ski areas and airport. A refurbishment of the property was recently completed of the lobby area and all of the rooms.
This is a 3rd floor end unit with 3 BRs, 3 bathrooms, and an open living/dining/kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. The unit also has a sofa bed in the living room, so in total can sleep eight noting that the sofa bed is a smallish double bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with modern appliances, and there is a washer-dryer in the unit. Every bedroom has a TV, as does the sitting/living room. There is free WiFi at the resort. There are three fireplaces and balconies in the unit, and you can see both the town/core (front balcony) and Aspen Mountain (back balcony) from various rooms in the unit. The unit has vaulted ceilings and is at the end of the hall, creating a beautiful and luxurious space for guests. The unit is approximately 1,870 square feet.
The staff is amazing at Aspen Mountain Residences, including front desk, valet / bellmen, concierges and housekeeping.
There is a $40/day resort charge, and valet parking s/t availability which has a daily charge. No pets are allowed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 7-DAY SAT-TO-SAT RENTAL ONLY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN FEWER DAYS, PLEASE ENQUIRE.
