Extra home info:This listing allows you to access the entire house minus the garage and two closet areas. You will enjoy complete privacy in the whole home. Our team will text you your private code to the front door on the morning of your arrival. The code expires upon check-out, ensuring all guests' safety during their stay. After you arrive, I will call to ensure you enjoy the home and answer any questions. After that, I will be available through the Airbnb app, but you will have complete privacy to enjoy the house as we are not on location.
There is plenty of room to park on the concrete pad and driveway for several cars that your larger party of friends and family may need. Please limit your cars to 4 vehicles per stay. If you need to bring more, please contact me to discuss parking options.
We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a garage camera showing who is driving in and out of the driveway. There is an extra camera in the garage. There are no cameras inside the home; however, a sound and smoke monitoring device in the living room alerts us to the decibel rate in the house (it does not listen to conversations).
