The upper patio area offers seating for sixteen, a barbeque grill, and a large fire pit area as well as a eight person hot tub near the fire pit and is accessible from the master bedroom , living room and dining room as well as a gate from the driveway . You can soak near the fire pit while gazing at Cheyenne Mountain and the night stars or watch the snow fall and melt in the hot water of the Hot Tub. The lower patio area offers a sitting area for up to twenty and access to the walk-out basement. There is also a 700 square foot deck with access to the fire pit and hot tub, the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or relax with your morning coffee. We are kid friendly with a huge backyard with jungle gym, pack and play and baby gate.

The homes main living area offers an open floor plan with breathtaking mountain views from the large windows/doors. There is a 65' screen TV, with plenty of room for seating to watch your favorite shows/movies.
The master suite offers is truly own getaway with a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The master bedroom sliding glass door offers mountain views and direct access to the 700 square foot deck and staircase leading to the lower patio area, hot tub and fire pit. There is a oversized water heater so you do not have to worry about running out of hot water when you fill the jacuzzi tub with hot water people can shower as well.
The two car Garage has been converted into a Gym/Game Room and has two Home Gyms All In One as well as a stationary Bike and a Game Room . There is no parking in the Garage but there is plenty of parking in the driveway.
The basements great room has plenty of seating, TV, and a ping pong table for entertainment. The seven spacious bedrooms have plenty of privacy if you need to escape to read your favorite book, or browse on your computer.
There is one king size bed, six queen beds , two twin beds which are fold up beds located in the closets along with three blow up twin mattresses , there is one futon in a common space semi privet room downstairs , one futon in the downstairs living room , one futon in a bedroom downstairs shared with a queen bed, one futon in a bedroom upstairs shared with a queen bed, there are two bunk beds located in the Bungalow each of the bunk beds have futons on the bottom and twin beds on the top for a grand total of twenty one beds. There will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night beyond sixteen people staying on the property and there will be an additional fee of $100 per night fee for the use of the Bungalow which is the eighth bedroom that is detached from the house and sits in the back corner of the yard it has two bunk beds (twin size) with two futons ( full size) and can sleep 6. The Bungalow does not have a bathroom.
