Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, single level 3,200 sq ft custom, contemporary residence was built in 2022 and features amazing views and is just 3 miles from historic Downtown Durango. This home has extraordinary and unique features that will make it hard to leave.
A few of the unique features include an infinity edge pool, built in hot tub, heated limestone patios, glass railing to not impede the views, and an outdoor shower. In addition, the home has retractable window walls in the living and master bedroom that completely open-up to the outdoor living space. The entire living space has high ceilings and glass walls that accentuate the spacious rooms providing wonderful natural light and views in all directions. You can enjoy those views from the sunken living room while sitting in front of the giant 7-foot custom double flue fireplace clad with marble.
The one of a kind kitchen has built in appliances including a double refrigerator with glass doors, a GE Profile cooktop and stunning waterfall marble edges on the counter tops that cascade seamlessly to the engineered hardwood flooring that was imported from Austria creates an eye-catching focal point in this one-of-a-kind kitchen.
The Master Bedroom/Bathroom features custom concrete sinks, and the bath adjoins the dressing area and walk in closet. The primary closet has been designed with a cabinet closet system that encloses all of your clothing. Beautiful 13-foot custom draperies enhance and provide privacy in the master bedroom.

The home is currently for sale (3 showings in 6 months) - Given the history, its highly unlikely there is a showing during your stay, but part of the rental agreement includes the requirement that showings are allowed.
While the heated hot tub is included in the price, the pool heating fee is $25/day. Please advise when booking if you would like to add the pool heating fee.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 60 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than sixty (60) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance.
