Our modern, newly built Animas River Trail Retreat is where it is at! Hiking, Biking, World-Class Restaurants, Shopping, the Durango-Silverton Train, etc. and Central A/C. This home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Durango getaway! We are also conveniently located within one block of City Market (Grocery Store), making almost all of your needs a swift walk away.
This home sits just one block from the paved Animas River Trail. The trail runs the entire length of town along the river, making for easy commuting to parks, restaurants, a day spa and other downtown destinations, as well as providing an excellent fitness and scenery corridor. Golfers will love being minutes away from Dalton Ranch Golf Club or Hillcrest Golf Club. Fishermen can enjoy the Animas River- famous for it's Gold Medal waters, and skiers and winter sport fans are 30 minutes from Purgatory Resort - some of the best skiing in the area. If you must work remotely, there is fast Wi-Fi and a designated desk located in the bunk room. There is room for one car to park inside the garage. You will easily settle in and find this fantastic property become your home away from home.

* This home is a minimum 30-day rental ONLY.
* 4 hours of housekeeping is REQUIRED every two weeks ($150) and will be charged/requested after the booking is made in addition to the final departure cleaning fee ($200). Guests pay for all cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than (60) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between thirty-one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
