Welcome to Wave n’ Sea, a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home with a white picket fence in Lido Key of Sarasota. This cute as a button “Classic Florida” home is located in a centralized location where you’re minutes to the quartz sanded beaches of the Gulf, The Pavilion with a pool and concessions, a short drive to the world renowned St. Armand’s Circle, golf courses, nature parks, and the Moto Marine Aquarium. If you’ve never been to St. Armand’s your in for a treat! It’s a jewel of Sarasota, a national historic landmark with upscale shopping, gourmet restaurants, and galleries. Connected by the John Ringling Causeway that can take you into downtown Sarasota for visiting museums, theaters, local eateries, and more. The perfect place to spend your families next beach getaway!
Step inside to the welcoming great room where the comforts of the living area offer a plush oversized sofa and chair to kick back with a cool drink in hand. The kitchen comes well equipped with the essentials for preparing a delicious meal for those at home nights. The kitchen features granite counters, a granite island, and ample cabinets to store your groceries with a dining table that seats 4. Off from the dining area you have the Florida sun room with rattan style furniture to curl up on with your favorite book. Bright and airy with beautiful views of the tropical backyard. Outside the fenced in yard has a patio with an outdoor dining table w/ umbrella, a pergola w/ Adirondack chairs, sun loungers, and a gas grill for the bbq master in the group.
The home comes nicely appointed with 2 bedrooms for you to retreat to after spending your sun-filled days by the emerald coast. The primary bedroom features a king bed, luxury linens, ceiling fan, storage for your beach bags, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is styled with a tub/shower combo. Your second bedroom highlights a queen bed with a guest bathroom accessed from the hallway. This bathroom provides a soothing step-in shower.
Lido Key is surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty and is meant for exploring. Drive to more breathtaking coastal towns and islands for a day trippin’ adventure where you can easily spend the day at Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island. Discover the kayak trails along the Sarasota Bay at the Ted Sperling Nature Park and Mangrove Tunnels, cruise the coast on bicycles, have those Kodak moments with the legendary sunsets as your backdrop, and live the island dream! Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
