Our single-family home is just steps to hiking, biking, and nature and a short drive to town. This is a *one-month minimum rental* starting around July 15, negotiable start/end date.
You’ll love our home because it offers a quiet setting for enjoying the outdoors while still being close to all the other amenities Summit County has to offer. Our fenced in yard and back deck round out your fresh air experience. Our house is good for a family or one or two couples.
We are only ~.25 mile to Soda Creek Trail/~.5 mile to Summit County Rec path for those who truly want to bike/hike out the backdoor. Dillon Amphitheatre is just 10min away. Keystone Resort is ~10minutes up the road and offers tons of summer activities. Our house is also within ~20 minutes of many trailheads, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Loveland Ski Areas!
Beds: one king, one queen, one full, one twin, and one twin bunk bed (basement living room).
Baths: king/queen bedrooms each have en-suite, full bathrooms. Upstairs has another full bathroom.
Kitchen/living: the kitchen opens to the living room (with gas fireplace) for an airy feeling during meals and hanging out. Dining table comfortably seats 6-8.
Basement: perfect for movie night, games, and some extra hang-out space.
Multiple levels make for separate spaces.
Garage: two car garage provides space for your cars and bikes. You may not park on the street, and any "toys" must be stored in the garage.
