Summary: Great place to stay, very clean. Beds need an upgrade for sure. The company they hire to source out is horrible!!!!! The actual Water Walk company (owns building) and VRBO was great but the middle man was very very poor!!!! After being on phone for 4 hrs on my way there and while sitting outside the property finally got in. Vrbo tried helping and the middle man would just lie to them and say we will take care of it and as soon as they would disconnect Vrbo they would say don’t know what to tell you but we can’t get you in tonight. Finally got in when we personally got into building to talk to clerk. After we talked to them everything was smooth!! You even get food credits to get food (you have to cook it) to choose from, the selection of food was great. We would stay here again if they upgraded beds!!
