Our 1,000 sq. foot, 2 bedroom (plus loft), 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area's premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Durango Hot Springs are 4 miles from the townhome, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area's best grocery stores and a liquor store.
The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the towhome and in the back off the master bedroom. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and linens/towels. There is a also a single car garage that can be use for storage or parking (assuming your vehicle is very very small).

There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.
There home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets.
