Just steps away from the slopes, our location offers a hiker’s paradise during the summer, complete with scenic trails and horseback riding adventures. Going down the mountain, past BeaverRun Chair, you'll discover the charming town of Breckenridge, brimming with unique shops and eateries. Our amenities include: 3 hot-tubs, a ping pong table, massage chairs, a BBQ, 8 TVs and a piano.

- 3 hot tubs (the one of the top floor by the kitchen is more lukewarm and usually for the kids. The other two are side by side on the balcony downstairs)
- 9 TVs to enjoy Netflix, prime, Hulu, etc.
Please adhere to the following rules to ensure safety and cleanliness:
No pets in the hot tub.
No unattended minors in the hot tub.
No hot tub use after 10 PM.
Hot tub must be covered and locked when not in use.
No glassware in the hot tub.
Please rinse off before entering the hot tub.
No soap, lotion, bubble bath, bath salts, colors, spa scents, dried herbs, or tea. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations to cover the cost of emptying, cleaning, and filter replacements. - Entertainment: Enjoy free high-speed internet, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon Prime Video.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, including a toaster, microwave, ovens, fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware and more.
