We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

This 6-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across 8 beds: 3 king, 2 queen, 2 full, and 1 full sofa bed. Each room offers plush Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, room-darkening shades, and soft linens to ensure restful nights. The master suite includes a private bathroom and ample closet space, creating a peaceful retreat within the home.

A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and cooking basics makes meal prep easy for any group. Share dinner around the dining areas that seat up to 18, or sip morning coffee at the island bar before starting your day.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
