The Space:
At 2,700 square feet, this home is more spacious than it appears from the exterior. It is located in a quiet, established neighborhood featuring some amazing amenities. We'd like to welcome you and of course, wish you GREATNESS in your stay. Faster, Higher, Stronger! Certain bygone eras produced living spaces that just had that special, inarticulable appeal—windows that just seemed bigger and brighter, rooms that might be a little more inviting; kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms that just have that extra little something-something. This home has that little extra something-something.
As you enter the home through the main-level living room, you're presented with a bright, open, welcoming space with plenty of room for relaxing, resting, or formal dining. The home's bedrooms are just beyond the living room, and all 4 are equally inviting—bright, comfortable and warm. The lofted bedroom above the garage addition features incredible, near-unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain." The beds are big and comfortable, the appointments clean and luxurious. The main level bathroom has a classic appeal, featuring marble tile. Elsewhere on the main-level, the kitchen is fully functional, handsome, and just ready for your own culinary creations.
The basement of the home features a separate living area complete with a big TV, a Nintendo Wii U gaming system, and a Foosball table. And you'll be inspired to Olympic Greatness by the home's own ping-pong table or as the officials like to say -- "Table Tennis." (Did you know that China has won Olympic Gold in "Table Tennis" every Olympics since the event's inception, in 1988???) AND...if you work up a real sweat playing "Table Tennis" you can hop into the conveniently located shower, just feet away!

Located just 5 minutes northeast of Downtown Colorado Springs, the Patty Jewett neighborhood is named after the Springs' oldest (and most colorful) municipal golf course, located just a few blocks away from the home (the clubhouse, open to the public, has a great beer selection, outdoor patio, and FOOD...a local favorite!) Just down the road from this house is the United States Olympic Training Center, open to the public for tours…where America's pre-eminent amateur athletes train for Gold. The neighborhood here is established and charming, with tree-lined streets and plenty of neighbors who know each other and might greet you with a friendly wave. Although no quite "urban," there are plenty of shops, cafes, and grocery stores located close by. Access to all of the best, most well-known attractions for guests and visitors to Colorado Springs (Downtown, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, the Broadmoor, Manitou Springs) is easy and ubiquitous. We'd like to welcome you to our town, and staying here, we know that you'll enjoy it to its fullest!
Getting Around:
Although restaurants, parks and other attractions are located within walking distance from this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
