The Shred and Breakfast Is a 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Ski Chalet on 22 deeded acres with access to an adjoining 153 Acres of Open Space. 30 day Rentals Only. The house sits in the middle of a 40 acre Ski hill with 400 feet of elevations and over 1500 linear feet from top to bottom. The ski hill has 3 fields and 5 runs ranging from green, blues and blacks. You can skin the face of the mountain or drive your car to the top of the hill. The House is 3700 sq ft built in 2018 with a fire place and heat.
The 4 bedrooms are all quite large with large closets. There is 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths and 2 bedrooms that share 1 bath. Master Bath has a large jetted tub and heated Toto Toilet. Split floorplan. Master and 1 living upstairs, the 3 other bedrooms and 1 remaining living are downstairs. Hot Tub is being Ordered.
The whole house and all property including the 153 acre open space will be available to the guest. The property has Luminate Fibre and Wifi throughout the home.
There is a Private ski hill on property with exclusive access to your party only. Natural Ski Jumps and lots of Snowmobile terrain. Ski in/ Ski Out access ! Snow shoeing and Hiking on over 175 Acres
Clark Colorado is a beautiful quaint city set in Millions of acres of National Forest surrounded by 3 lakes and endless Trails for Snowmobiling, Atving, cross country skiing , back country skiing, hunting and hiking.
You will Need an SUV with 4 Wheel Drive in the Winter from November through May. It's very easy to get around the property an to the top of the ski hill in a 4x4 or walking. ATVs and Snowmobiles are welcome if the liability waiver is signed.
