Our cozy home is located in Briargate (Academy District 20), one of the most beautiful and sophisticated neighborhoods of Colorado Springs.
Two units with separate entrances are build on 3 levels as perfect place for 2 families.
Large 2200 sq ft home with vaulted ceiling, home movie theater, fireplace, backyard and office space.
Lower 1000 sq ft remodeled 2 bedrooms unit has radiant heating floors, equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and office space.
The Space:
Two large living rooms with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings have plenty of natural light from windows and skylights. The walls are adorned with original oil paintings.
Our smart home is equipped with the latest technology and is entirely voice controlled. The office is equipped with 1.2GB wifi, printer/copy/scanner for efficient remote working.
Lower newly remodeled 2 bedrooms unit has radiant heating floors, equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and office space. It is stylishly furnished and decorated with original paintings.
The Neighborhood:
Popular with young families, up-and-coming Briargate has views of the Rocky Mountains, including Pikes Peak. There are many green open spaces, such as the ranch-themed John Venezia Community Park, as well as shopping malls and a summer farmers' market. At the nearby United States Air Force Academy, the Cadet Chapel is known for its striking spiked roof. It is very easy to get around neighborhood. Chapel Hills shopping mall is a walking distance from our place. N Academy Blvd offers Whole Foods, Nordstrom, variety of organic grocery stores cafes and restaurants.
Getting Around:
There are 3 lakes about 10 min drive from the house. Hiking around the lakes an and watching sunset is highly recommended. Garden of the Gods is about 15 minutes drive. This park offers stunning views of sharp red mountains surrounded by green lush.
