Bedrooms have queen or king platform beds with supple mattresses. Includes, down comforter and cotton sheets with extra pillows, ceiling fan, and/or plug in fan to help keep you cool. Laundry is a breeze with washer and dryer in the basement. Upstairs bath was remodeled with ceiling shower head, heated floors, and new vanity.
Large living room with two comfortable couches and a 55” TV with adjustable wall mount, ready for all your entertainment needs. There are nice side tables, coffee table, and a comfy throw for cozying up on the couch. Very fast cable internet from Xfinity by Comcast is the fastest you can get in Denver.
A newly remodeled kitchen includes everything you need to chef it up. An electric stove/oven with all the bells and whistles is complimented by a microwave with ventilation hood. Brand new quartz countertops and slow close cabinets.

Getting Around:
This is such a great walkable or bike/scootable neighborhood. Rental bikes and scooters from Uber, Lime and Lyft are readily available through their apps. The light rail to downtown is only two blocks away. And the light rail to the airport is less than a mile walk. If you want to go to Red Rocks, Uber/Lyft are your best options although there is also a shuttle that goes there.
