There are plenty of parks, open spaces, trails for hiking and biking. The landscape here is raised too … and often the views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range including Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain," are better than in other parts of town. Access to all of the best attractions for visitors and guests is still exceptional, with plenty of easy roadways north, south, east and west. The Air Force Academy is just about 15 minutes away from here. Garden of the Gods, the Airport, Downtown, The Broadmoor, The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak—all are just 20-25 mins away.
