A separate guest house will give large groups plenty of flexibility and privacy, and guests of Petra Domus will even receive TWO PLATINUM SKI PASSES during their stay.
The welcoming GREAT ROOM is spacious and bright, with the living and dining areas flowing seamlessly together. In the LIVING AREA, there's a grand stone fireplace and two plush sofas for curling up on a chilly Colorado evening. Large windows overlook the peaceful forest views, and a nearby formal DINING AREA has seating for six.
The elegant KITCHEN is wide open to both the living and dining spaces, so even large groups will have plenty of time together at Petra Domus. A large, marble-topped island has lots of casual seating, a deep sink, and a dishwasher. Premier Viking appliances include a drawer microwave, a huge refrigerator, and a gorgeous gas range with a custom vent hood. The blonde wood cabinets add warmth to the space and are filled with all the extras needed to prepare a pot of coffee and a stack of pancakes in the morning before heading out to the slopes.
From the kitchen, you can open the French doors to reveal the amazing COVERED PORCH, with an area for lounging by the outdoor fireplace, grilling steaks on the gas barbecue, and dining alfresco under the stars on warmer evenings.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, a deluxe king-size bed is set against an upholstered headboard and faces a sleek stone fireplace. This room is like your own private sanctuary, complete with a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a vintage-inspired freestanding tub, two separate vanities, and a steam shower.
