Three-Unit Layout
Your reservation includes three connected condos reserved exclusively for your group. The main condo features the kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, and laundry, while the two attached private suites each include a bedroom and full bathroom. Black Butte Ranch Resort
All guests are required to stop at the Welcome Center upon arrival to receive gate passes and complete resort check-in. A daily resort fee applies and provides access to Black Butte Ranch`s pools, hot tubs, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts, fitness centers, walking and biking trails, and other resort amenities.
Seasonal Fireplaces
The fireplaces are available during the cooler months, and complimentary firewood is provided. During the summer, fireplaces are unavailable due to seasonal fire restrictions.
