Your bedroom has a smart desk, dresser, and comfy reading chair. There are handy hooks with hangers to keep your clothes in order. The bed has a comfy full-size mattress. The attached bathroom and shower are small but sufficient! A white noise machine to comfort you at night is on the nightstand.

Street parking is always available around the corner, but no parking is available in front of the house. Please watch for street sweeping restrictions on E. 28th Ave and throughout the city, April through November!
Just on the other side of the French doors is where I live. My perfect retirement home! To conserve energy, I keep my house on the cool side, 65 - 68 degrees - but the fireplace keeps the living area toasty. There is a space heater in the bedroom that can be used in the bathroom, as it tends to be cooler than the house. Please don't use it anywhere else!
