Step into this perfect vacation rental and make yourself at home for the single family of 4 - 6 or accommodating multiple families up to 8 people for the best visit to Crested Butte! This condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a large comfortable loft.
The master bedroom located on the ground floor has a king bed with en suite bathroom and Flat Screen TV. The 2 other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a Queen bed and a Twin/Double Bunk bed! (We do recommend the twin bunk room for children only!) These two bedrooms each have their own en suite toilet room, but share a Jack-n-Jill shower!.
Also located on the second floor is the spacious open floor plan living room complete with wood burning fireplace, (ricks of firewood available for $10 each.) kitchen and dining space. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine having in your own home will keep you well stocked for that special occasion for which you are visiting Crested Butte!
For your entertainment, there is a flat screen TV and Roku Stick for you to login to your Streaming TV Accounts. The 3rd floor of this condo has a large loft area with TV & DVD player and large living space, plus another queen size sleeper sofa.
Parking for 3 vehicles max at this property. 1 vechicle can park in the the garage that measures 8' tall X 18' long. There are 2 additional outside parking spaces (PERMIT REQUIRED) available. PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED BY HOA MANAGER. Please contact us to make sure your parking plans fall within the HOA guidelines.
The common area space has a hot tub just a few steps away from the condo available year round. There are 3 charcoal grills, picnic tables, badminton net and horse shoe pits accessible in summer months and is available on a first come, first serve basis and in the winter is a great place for snow play.

Deposit/Cancelation Policies: we take a deposit of 2 nights lodging that is due at the time of booking and non-refundable upon receipt. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and non-refundable upon receipt.
