The main living area’s wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling, combined with access to the expansive Aspen tree filled courtyard via two sets of French doors, create an enchanting environment for any occasion. An open concept kitchen and dining area is as functional as it is beautiful; and two of the three bedrooms include their own kitchenette, full bathroom and private entrance for ultimate privacy and convenience. Two private offices, one adjacent to the dining area and the other adjacent to the owners suite, make it easy to work remotely if necessary.
A spiral staircase leads to the property’s most unique architectural feature - two rooftop decks, one with a hot tub and the other a fireplace, separated by a large cupola with 360-degree views of the surrounding South Main neighborhood and Collegiate Peaks Mountain range.
