750+ sqft, single level home. You'll have 2 king beds, and a sleeper sofa. There are 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. The large main front room features a living area with a smart TV, dining area, and kitchen.
The Space:
Monument is a quintessential Colorado experience. You'll be located near Monument Lake for plenty of family fun, including fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding! Also, within walking distance of downtown Monument, two regional parks, and numerous hiking and biking trails. You're just a 10-15 minute drive to ATVing or camping spots. If some of your group wants to go hiking while others go shopping, this is a great base!

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home. You're located off a road that does not have room for street parking, so you'll be limited to 2 cars.
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is an established neighborhood with lots of large trees and a park and playground 2 houses down which you can get to through the back gate. It's very family friendly! From the park, you can also see the train that runs nearby, our daughter loves to watch it. You're nestled against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and just a few minutes drive west to Pikes Peak National Forest!
Getting Around:
You'll be within walking distance of Monument Lake (12 minutes) and of Downtown Monument (15 minutes) with lots of cute shops, restaurants, etc. Just out the back is access to a large park with lots to do. A car is still going to be your best mode of transportation for anything outside of Monument, obviously.
Other Things to Note:
No raging parties, but family get togethers, holiday celebrations, etc. are welcome with permission. Please let us know and keep parking limited to the spaces in the driveway.
