All other open reservations are for two-bedroom units, sleep 6 max. The number of days in your reservations can not be modified from what is available on the calendar. The location of the unit will be from the first floor to the sixth floor. It is based on availability at the time of check-in. The view from the room can be different and the Resort assigns this. You may be able to request a room change at the time of check-in. Our own personal unit is on the 6th floor facing the turn-around on Broadway Ave. These bookings are for seven nights minimum. All of our reservations will have a partial ocean view from the balcony.
The Resort is located on the Promenade at the famous Turn-around. These comfortable two-bedroom units have a King in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen Murphy bed in the living room. Rooms are assigned on check-in. You’ll be able to enjoy shopping and dining within easy walking distance, and of course, the beach jueps away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all linens and towels are provided. There is a TV/DVD combo in the living room and bedroom, a BBQ on a private balcony, and a gas fireplace. Tub/shower combo in the bathroom and washer/dryer in the unit. The heated pool is surrounded by 2 additional spas and a kiddie pool. The exercise room is impressive and adjoins the game room. The game room has 2 pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, a large screen TV, and a mini-video arcade. There is a business center and conference room for those who can’t leave work at home. Wi-Fi is available for a small fee. The concierge in the lobby is also available to assist you with any additional help you might require—parking for two cars. No smoking, No Pets allowed.
