This gorgeous mountain home offers nearly 3200 square feet of luxurious living space and million-dollar mountain vistas. Lily Mountain Lodge is located just across the road from the popular Fish Creek multipurpose trail and minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware essentials, lead into the living area with beautiful windows and a couch and TV.
The first floor has a queen bedroom, laundry room, full bath, and the master suite, which features a king bed and full ensuite bath. French doors lead out to a private deck.
The lower level houses a spacious family room, complete with couches and a smart TV, that takes up the majority of the bottom floor. A sliding door leads outside to the private hot tub and amazing views. At the far end of the family room is a rustic log bar with a wine fridge and microwave. Just across is a full bath.
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a king bed and twin bunk beds, and the lower master suite with its full ensuite bath.

- provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.
- Long term reservations of 30+ days will require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Reservations include one departure trash pick up. Extra charges will be added for any extra trash pickups and mid-stay cleans.
What to be aware of:
- Fireplace is not operational - not available.
- In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't be repaired for your use, we will refund your hot tub fee.
- No air conditioning (most Estes Park homes do not have air conditioning). There are several fans at this home.
- Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and will also stay in the vacation home.
- BEARS in the area, please secure all trash and you will need to lock doors and windows each time you leave the property.Â
- On-call staff is available after hours daily to respond to urgent issues that threaten the health or safety of guests, or the property itself; such as a gas leak, a broken furnace, or broken water line. Non-urgent issues will be handled on the next business day.
- We provide a complimentary starter set of household items such as bath tissue, paper towels, and dish soap. We do not re-stock these items and if needed, additional supplies will need to be purchased locally by the guest.
- This is a pet-free home. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee for non-compliance.
- Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside this home. Cleaning for cigarette or marijuana smoke will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
- Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Thank you!
