With 2,314 square feet of living space, ample outdoor areas, and a quiet forest setting within the prestigious Keystone Resort, this newly constructed luxury townhome is a family-friendly mountain destination. Beautiful stonework and hardwoods span three floors, and features a deck with a private hot tub that offers gorgeous views of the Colorado landscape. Two living spaces and a two-car garage add to the allure. After a day of skiing or hiking, head to the back deck and relax in your private hot tub, which features 45 jets and fits between six to seven adults. Guests also have access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool during their stay at this townhome.
Kick back and relax on reclining leather furniture set in the window-lined living room. Watch a movie on the 75-inch cable TV while enjoying the warm ambiance of a gas fireplace. Upstairs, the second living space/den area boasts a 75-inch TV and a full-size sleeper sectional. Fix a refreshing drink at the granite bar, complete with a wine fridge. An office area is handy for checking emails. Channel your inner chef in the sunny kitchen with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including an upscale gas range and French-door fridge. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar. Share group meals at a dining table for everyone.

The Keystone Resort shuttle comes by every fifteen minutes and will take guests right into River Run Village, Lakeside Village, and the Mountain House Base Area. This resort shuttle can also take guests to many nearby activities including ice hockey, sleigh rides, paddle boating, canoeing and golf. During the summer, opt for the bike bath on the north side of the complex, which will take you to River Run Village. The village comes alive during the summer with concerts, art fairs, wine tastings and the very popular Beer and Bluegrass festival. For additional activities, choose from Keystone's Lakeside Village for outdoor ice-skating or the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne which are about 10 minutes away.
