Summary: The location is perfect — quick access to the beach plus nearby groceries and restaurants. The house itself is in good condition and mostly matched the VRBO photos. Inside, there’s plenty of space: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining area.The main issue was cleanliness. We found personal items left in and under the couch, and several areas were not well cleaned. While these were small things, they still affected the experience.The biggest disappointment was the outdoor area, which didn’t match the listing photos. The pool was dirty with no cleaning equipment provided, and the pool chairs were so filthy they couldn’t be used. The outdoor fireplace was out of service and dirty, the ping-pong table had paint blisters making it unusable, and the kids’ playground was in poor condition. We reported the issues, but the host chose not to address them.Overall: Interior — good and spacious; Amenities — present but poorly maintained; Host responsiveness — needs improvement. My final rating: B-.
