Please note: The studios are immediately next to each other but are NOT adjoining and there is no interior connecting door. Each studio has its own private entrance from the hallway.
THE LOCATION
It's hard to beat this location at Beaver Run. Building 4 is the closest building to the Peak 9 lifts, putting you just steps from the slopes and making mornings on the mountain incredibly easy. No long walk through the resort carrying skis, boots, or gear—head downstairs and you're right where you want to be.
You're also right by the Building 4 pool, hot tubs, grilling area, and parking, while still having easy access to everything else Beaver Run has to offer.
STUDIO 4046 – WALK-OUT TO THE SLOPES
4046 is a ground-level king studio with one of our favorite locations in the building. Open the sliding door and step outside toward the slopes from your private walk-out patio/balcony area.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed, sleeper sofa, private bathroom, TV, dining space, and kitchenette—giving you everything you need for a convenient mountain stay.
STUDIO 4045 – FULL-SIZE REFRIGERATOR & KITCHEN
Right next door, 4045 gives your group a second completely private studio and additional sleeping space. Its kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, making it especially convenient for longer stays, groceries, drinks, snacks, and easy meals.
Having two separate kitchen areas and two bathrooms is a huge advantage for groups compared with everyone sharing a traditional hotel room or single studio.
BEAVER RUN AMENITIES
Your stay includes access to Beaver Run's extensive resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness facilities, game room, grilling areas, and more.
The resort sits at the base of Peak 9 with restaurants, shops, and activities right on property. When you're ready to explore town, Breckenridge's Main Street is easily accessible by foot or the complimentary Beaver Run shuttle.
DOG FRIENDLY
Dogs are welcome! This combined listing allows up to 3 dogs, so your four-legged family members can enjoy Breckenridge with you.

Guests will have private access to both Studio 4045 and Studio 4046, located directly next to each other in Beaver Run's Building 4. Each studio has its own private entrance and key access. Please remember, the units are next door to each other but do not adjoin or have an interior connecting door.
You'll also have access to Beaver Run's incredible resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, game room, grilling areas and common spaces throughout the resort.
Building 4 puts you in one of the best locations at Beaver Run—just steps from the Peak 9 lifts and right next to the pool and hot tub area. Studio 4046 also offers direct walk-out access toward the slopes from its private patio/balcony area.
Beaver Run offers a complimentary resort shuttle for easy access to Main Street and downtown Breckenridge. Guests can also walk into town when weather and conditions allow.
Parking is available through Beaver Run Resort and is managed separately by the resort. Parking fees vary by season and are paid directly to Beaver Run.

Getting Around:
Beaver Run Operates a free shuttle that will get you around town, or a 10 minute walk to main street.
Other Things to Note:
• PARKING: This reservation includes 2 guaranteed parking spaces at Beaver Run Resort. Parking is managed and charged separately by the resort. Rates are typically $15 per vehicle, per night during the off-season and approximately $39–$42 per vehicle, per night during ski season. Rates are subject to change by Beaver Run.
• TWO SEPARATE STUDIOS: Studios 4045 and 4046 are located directly next to each other, but they are NOT adjoining and there is no interior connecting door. Each studio has its own private entrance.
• DOGS: Up to 3 dogs are welcome with an $80 fee per dog, per stay. Please make sure all dogs are included on your reservation.
• TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your Breckenridge stay, especially during the winter months. Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and snowstorms, road closures, flight delays, illness, ski conditions, or other unexpected events can impact travel plans. Our standard cancellation policy applies, so travel insurance is the best way to help protect your trip against covered unforeseen circumstances.
• RESORT AMENITIES: Guests have access to Beaver Run's pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness facilities, game room, grilling areas and other shared resort amenities. Hours, availability and seasonal closures are controlled by Beaver Run Resort and may change without notice.
• SKI ACCESS: Building 4 is the closest Beaver Run building to the Peak 9 lifts, making this an incredibly convenient location for ski days. Lift and ski access are seasonal and dependent on mountain operations, snowfall and conditions.
• SHUTTLE: Beaver Run offers complimentary resort shuttle service to downtown Breckenridge. Routes, hours and availability are operated by the resort and may vary.
• NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING: Both studios will be professionally cleaned and prepared before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included during your stay.
• MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT: Breckenridge is a high-altitude mountain destination. Weather and temperatures can change quickly, and snow and icy conditions are common during the winter. Please plan accordingly for mountain driving and changing conditions.
• PRIVATELY MANAGED: You are booking two privately managed condos located within Beaver Run Resort. Your reservation and guest support are handled directly by us rather than Beaver Run's rental program. Resort amenities and certain services are operated independently by Beaver Run Resort.
