This space is in the lower level of our home converted into a private rental which has been newly renovated and fully functional. There may be occasional noise from outside or upstairs though we do our best to be respectful of renters at all times.
It has one bedroom, one non-conforming bedroom (no window), bathroom, living room and kitchen, dining and living room. It has a spa that overlooks the mountains. And a private entrance.
If your bringing a pet you must state it on your rental agreement. There is a pet fee. Pets must be kenneled if left alone.
Located approx. 10 minutes from Deer Creek Valley Ranch.
