A furnished one bedroom/one bath apartment is available in a two-family Victorian home on Lincoln Street (a peaceful residential street) three blocks from downtown Santa Cruz. The apartment is Side B of a Victorian house and shares a common wall with Side A where my family lives.
The Side B apartment has 11’ high ceilings, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light. Apartment is ~500 sq ft with a ~120-sq-ft bedroom, ~150-sq-ft living room, and a large closet. Kitchen has a refrigerator and stove, but no dishwasher. Bathroom has tub/shower.

Within three blocks is Pacific Avenue in downtown Santa Cruz with restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, library, post office, Trader Joes, pharmacy, and shopping. In 3/4 of a mile is the Santa Cruz Wharf, West Cliff Drive (great walking along the cliffs), Main Beach, and the Boardwalk. Within a 10-minute drive are redwood forests and the north coast Highway 1 to Davenport. Also, ~30 miles to San Jose; ~45 miles to San Francisco; and ~30 miles to Carmel and Monterey area.
