The Space:
Welcome to the penthouse of an upbeat, multi-unit building distinguished by colorful Southwestern exterior details.
While the building’s other units are lined up side-by-side on the parking lot, your unit enjoys a sense of separateness and privacy perched on the rooftop with its own exterior staircase at the rear of the building.
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find yourself on a wide wooden deck with a breathtaking mountain view! Outdoor padded seating for four allows you to enjoy meals, cocktails or coffee against a majestic backdrop.
Enter the unit through a cheerful blue French door and step into a bright, friendly living space furnished for relaxing and entertaining. A plump, inviting L-shaped sofa faces a fireplace and a large wall-mounted Roku TV. Behind it, a dining table for six is nestled into a corner of picture windows that takes maximum advantage of the view. In another corner, a colorful, rustic bar stands ready to serve libations or a breakfast buffet.
To reach the kitchen, you’ll pass through a cozy multi-purpose space that can serve as a home office or napping nook. A large, adjustable standing desk and chair are placed beneath a mountain-facing window, and behind it, a lounging/sleeping area is built into the wall with tempting cushions and pillows where you can read or dream.
Moving into the kitchen, you’ll find additional mealtime seating with a counter-height round table and four stools. The cooking area is well laid-out and provides plenty of cabinet space and a U-shaped countertop as a work surface. Enjoy the use of a full-size refrigerator/freezer and range with cooktop and oven, as well as thoughtful extras like a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, a set of chef’s knives, an assortment of specialty cooking utensils, and a hand-held mixer for whipping up Sunday morning pancakes.
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and artwork that hints at the character of the Rockies. The larger of the two has a king-sized bed, double closets, a ceiling fan and a dresser. The smaller of the two bedrooms offers a great mountain view with a full-sized bed, closet, and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom provides plenty of storage beneath an extra-wide countertop, plus a linen cabinet and a combination tub/shower.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
🔑 Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

It’s a walkable neighborhood with sidewalks canopied by mature trees, and you’re never far from award-winning dining, great coffee, and shopping.
If you’re the type that loves to stroll towns and cities, you’ll also want to check out Downtown Colorado Springs, rich in restaurants, breweries, lounges, shops, theaters, art galleries and more – just 7 minutes by car. For a wholly different vibe, check out Manitou Springs, a tiny, artsy town 3 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

🔊 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
🚫 Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please review Colorado wildfire prevention tips and resources to help prevent wildfires and protect our great outdoors.
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

It is on and operating. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
